Refund Policy

  • Cancellation request received before April 5, 2023 will receive a 100% refund on registration and event fees, minus a processing fee of $75. Cancellation requests received after April 5 but before June 5, 2023 will receive a 50% refund on registration and event fees, minus a processing fee of $75. No cancellation/refund requests will be accepted after June 5.

  • All refund requests must be received and writing and will take approximately two weeks from the date of receipt to process. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent to the registrar, Jody Lindh at

  • In case of emergency/extenuating circumstances, requests will considered following the conference by the Conference Committee.

  • All hotel cancellations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy and are not the purview of AAM or the Conference Committee.


Photography Release Waiver

In the course of this conference and its associated events, a photographer will be documenting the activities, meetings, services, etc. that take place. These photos may subsequently be used by the Association and/or the Conference Committee for publication via the web, in promotional materials and in the Association’s social media pages. By registering and attending this conference, you are indicating consent for use, as discussed above, of any images that contain your likeness in whole or in part.
